Several local branches came out on top in various Readers’ Choice Awards. RE/MAX Independent Properties proudly accepted the Bay’s Finest 2024: Readers’ Choice award for Favourite Local Real Estate Agent, as published by PE Express.
In KwaZulu-Natal, RE/MAX Dolphin Realtors was named Best Estate Agency in the Best of Ballito 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards. Several RE/MAX agents were also named “best real estate agent” in their individual capacities within these awards. RE/MAX Panache was also voted as the preferred real estate agency in the Best of Durban Reader's Choice Awards.
Also in the KZN region, RE/MAX Toti claimed victory in the Best of Toti 2024 reader’s choice awards for “Best Estate Agency”.
In Gauteng, RE/MAX of Southern Africa earned top honours in the Best of Pretoria Awards 2024, winning in both the “Letting” and the “Buying and Selling” categories. RE/MAX Finest also won “Best Estate Agency” in the Best of Bloem Awards 2024.
RE/MAX of Southern Africa was also awarded the prestigious Platinum Award in the Beeld Leserkeuse 2024 competition, reaffirming its strong presence in the northern regions of South Africa.
Along the Garden Route, RE/MAX Coastal was voted “Best Estate Agency” in the Best of Knysna and Plett 2024 reader’s choice awards.
Additionally, the brand was celebrated in the PMR.africa Western Cape Provincial Survey Business Excellence Awards, taking first place for its exceptional contributions to the Western Cape property market.
And the accolades don’t stop there. The reputation of the brand extends far beyond South Africa’s borders. This year, the brand was honoured with a win in the globally recognized Luxury Lifestyle Awards. Their office in Mauritius, RE/MAX 24, also claimed a victory in these prestigious awards.
