Anything can be accomplished with the right set of tools, mindset, and motivation. That's why we equip RE/MAX agents and offices with a set of powerful, fee-free online tools through our local intranet, which includes lead generation systems, communication resources, business intelligence reports, artwork templates, on-demand training videos, and so much more. The Hub is a RE/MAX associate’s all-in-one destination for accessing all your RE/MAX tools and resources, including:

RE/MAX CRM

The RE/MAX Customer Relationship Management System is a comprehensive, in-house system designed to help you keep track of your client network. It goes beyond just storing contact information; the CRM also sends reminders for important dates like birthdays or property anniversaries. Other features include property matchings for contacts, an activity log to track client communication, and statistics on emails sent.

You can easily share any marketing Items of Value (IOV) with your clients as they're automatically integrated into the CRM. These items, crafted by the RE/MAX SA Marketing team, enable you to add value to your client service, including Gift Tags, Congratulations Cards, Happy Anniversary cards, and more.

RE/MAX LMS

The RE/MAX Listing Management System is your comprehensive in-house, bespoke management software solution, consolidating all your listings into one accessible platform. With the RE/MAX LMS, you can effortlessly view and manage your listings, publish to all the major listing platforms from one place, check listing status, edit details, and generate reports with ease. Additionally, LMS simplifies enquiry management and allows you to capture and monitor your deals. All in all, it's a platform for organising and tracking all your interactions.

RE/MAX Resource Centre

The Resource Centre serves as the central hub (repository) for all brand-related information and marketing materials, readily available for franchises and agents to utilise as needed. With each new marketing campaign, agent toolkits are rolled out, granting you access to high-quality artwork at no cost. Via the Resource Centre, you can easily access these toolkits, along with a host of other marketing templates and resources.

Design Hub

RE/MAX SA is one of the only agencies to offer a Certified Distressed Sales Agent designation (CDPA), which qualifies agents to work on Bank Mandated Sales through the four major banks in South Africa (ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, and FNB). Does RE/MAX give agents leads?

Agents have the ability to receive leads through our RE/MAX Rapid Referral System. Additionally, agents with CDPA accreditation receive distressed property leads from banking institutions. An agent might also receive leads through any enquiries made on remax.co.za.

Do estate agents get a basic salary?

No, estate agents don’t usually get a basic salary but rather earn commission based on each sale. This does, however, depend on the agreement between the individual and the specific RE/MAX franchise with which they work.

How much does a property agent make in South Africa?

Earnings will fluctuate depending on sales because it is based on commission earned, which can be affected by the number of sales and the city or town in which they are based.
