This investment opportunity showcases the acquisition of a prominent agricultural enterprise in Africa, renowned for its resilience in facing challenges. Despite Namibia's arid conditions and recurrent droughts, our main goal has been to creatively overcome these hurdles. We have not only effectively alleviated the impact of droughts but also converted these challenges into profitable ventures.

Crops: The farm utilizes two Zimmatic Centre Pivots for irrigating various crops, comprising 2.5 hectares each of lucerne, Brazilian grass, buffalo grass, and Bana grass, with an expansion to 7.5 hectares of Bana Grass in progress. Furthermore, 5 hectares are in preparation for Russian grass cultivation. A 4-hectare section is dedicated to drip irrigation for sweet potatoes, while 66 hectares of dryland are allocated for sorghum cultivation, with plans to partially convert this area into irrigated land.

Water Supply:This farm's water supply comes from 21 boreholes, with 7 equipped with windmills and the remaining 14 with submersible pumps. The water depth ranges from 20 to 150 meters, and the capacity varies from 5 to 25 cubic meters. Additionally, there are 6 uninstalled boreholes and a well that is 6 meters deep.

Livestock: The farm maintains a strong dairy and beef operation, featuring 420 cows and employing a field milking system. The cattle breeds, including Braunvieh, Fleckvieh, Brahman, Tuli Crossbred, Jerseys, and Holstein, are managed using high-density grazing to enhance productivity during the dry season. The layout includes 30 large grazing camps, 13 cattle water posts, and 18 smaller high-density grazing/dryland cultivated camps, averaging below 100 hectares each, all linked to the homestead for efficient cattle movement and management. 

Feedlot: The facility in question is a well-developed 21-pen feedlot that takes advantage of Namibia's drought conditions. In 2023, the incumbent farmer successfully fed and slaughtered 1,500 cattle.
