The unit is fully tiled, and the open plan living/dining area has sliding doors that lead to a neat easy maintenance garden. All openings have trellidor’s for added security. A guest loo and storage room can be found at the entrance.
The spacious kitchen has wooden counter tops. There is a gas connection if a stove has a gas hob, and under counter space for a dishwasher. A serving hatch leads to the dining area which has cupboards for added storage.
A landing at the top of the stairs has a built-in linen cupboard. The main bedroom has built in cupboards and a door that leads to a small balcony, with trellidor’s protecting the door and windows. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, basin, loo and shower. The second bedroom has built in cupboards and a door that leads to an outdoor patio. The third bedroom also has built in cupboards, and all bedrooms have fans. A family bathroom has a bath, basin and loo.
A utility/laundry room can be found next to the garage. It has a connection for a washing machine, space for a drier, and washing lines.
