RULING ON PETS
Two small animals will be allowed into the Estate, with prior approval by the Trustees.
If any existing animal becomes a nuisance, especially by barking or wandering, to other Owners
or occupiers, the owner shall remove such animal from the Estate immediately upon receipt
of written notice from the Trustees to do so. Current dogs must be securely leashed when on
common property and at all times secured behind an approved fence surrounding the owner''s
property and prevented from barking unnecessarily. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets into
the Estate when visiting owners/tenants.
Dogs droppings (faeces) whether on private property or common property, are
to be immediately removed and disposed of by the owner of the dog.
A breach of this rule carries a Category B fine.
