Description
The house has its own private entrance with a motorised gate and one motorised garage with another manual garage. The spacious, welcoming kitchen which is designed for entertaining. Besides for its gas stove which allows for cooking during loadshedding, it has a scullery with space for a double fridge/freezer and three other large appliances as well as ample pantry space. The kitchen is the centre of the home leading either to a corridor to the bedrooms or to two large living spaces. The first is a lofty entrance hall branching to the guest room and study, while the other is a spacious lounge/dining area with a fireplace. There are two other bedrooms, one of which is large enough to have its own small pyjama lounge / play area in it. The guest bathroom has a bath and shower. A study (which can double as a bedroom) houses the wifi unit that also has an inverter for uninterrupted wifi during loadshedding.
The main bedroom includes air-conditioning, and a walk-in dressing room with built-in cupboards and drawers which can double as a nursery for a baby. The ensuite bathroom has a urinal and shower.
From the lounge area one walks out to breath-taking views of the valley below onto a sundeck fitted with a jacuzzi and braai area for the summer months, while a cosy firepit provides for outdoor entertaining on chilly nights. The wifi system gives coverage to the entire house and sundeck.
The domestic lives on the property and can provide other services such as cooking, nannying at additional charges to be determined by her. An alarm system is fitted, and armed response will respond to the pressing of any three panic buttons.
An additional package of R2,000.00 mandatory rental maintenance package is required to be taken in addition to the rental which will include all water consumption, wifi, a gardener once a week and a cleaning service three times a week. Pre-paid electricity available.
