door fridge/freezer with an under freezer, double eye level oven, island with a 4 plate electric hob, microwave, air fryer, large pantry. 

Lovely breakfast area with a large table and benches. 

Doors lead out onto the entertainment and pool area 

T.V LOUNGE: Lovely furnished TV lounge open to the kitchen with large smart T.V with full D.S.T.V and Netflix 

LAUNDRY: Separate laundry with washing machine and tumble drier 

BEDROOMS 

1 x Main, spacious bedroom with Queen size bed, dressing room, full en-suite bathroom, private toilet, dressing room. Doors open up onto the patio and swimming pool area. Lovely views over the gorge and golf course.
