A spacious, well equipped open-plan country style kitchen with all the mod cons.
Large island with 3 bar stools.
Prep-bowl, 5 plate gas hob with undercounter oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, doors open to the garden and pool area.
Scullery with double sink, dishwasher, washing machine.

DINING AREA:

Open plan spacious dining area with a dining table and chairs to seat 6-8 people.

LOUNGE:

Spacious open plan lounge with fireplace, doors open to the covered patio and pool area.
TV lounge area with full DSTV.

1 x spacious bedroom with Queen size bed, dressing area, doors open to the patio, en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, basin and toilet.

Right wing:

1 x bedroom with Queen size bed, doors open to the patio, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

UPSTAIRS:

Large open plan teenager/children’s lounge, comfy sofas and TV.

BEDROOMS:

1 x Main very spacious bedroom with a King size bed, lounge area, stunning sea and mountain views, doors open to a balcony, en-suite spacious bathroom with double vanity, built in bath, shower, toilet.

1 x children’s bedroom with double bunks, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

1 x bedroom with Queen size bed, stunning views of the sea and Robberg peninsula views, doors open to a patio, en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and basin, (shower over a mosaic bath)

Payment and Booking Terms:

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
