Double door fridge/freezer, 6 plate gas hob, electric oven, wine cooler, prep bowl, the kitchen opens to the prep/ laundry room with a double sink, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier – doors lead out to the garden and washing line.

OUTSIDE COTTAGE WHICH HAS A PASSAGEWAY INTO THE MAIN HOUSE:

Beautifully furnished fully self-catering private cottage, open plan well-furnished lounge with comfy sofas, doors open onto an enclosed courtyard.
Smart TV with Netflix, dining table with 4 chairs, well equipped small kitchen with electric hob and under counter oven, fridge/freezer, microwave.

1 x bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin. Doors from bedroom lead out onto a private patio with patio furniture.
Access to the garden and swimming pool.

ENTERTAINMENT AREA:
A beautifully furnished spacious covered verandah leading to the swimming pool.
The verandah is perfect for outdoor entertaining, lovely lounge area with wicker couches, built in gas braai and charcoal weber braai, 10-seater dining table and chairs, 2 x wicker loungers.

Stairs lead down to the swimming pool and garden. Pool loungers, there is also a net for the swimming pool.
